Boise’s Western Capital Bank on Thursday announced a deal to acquire Lake Oswego’s Northwest Bank.
Each bank specializes in business lending.
“Our niche is the same,” said Western Capital Bank CEO Rob Perez. “They probably have a little broader private banking group than we do. My sense is we’re a little more (commercial lending).”
